    • Answer Hi Mary! The Voyager Legend is compatible with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. As you know, many devices nowadays have native Bluetooth; However, not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Bluetooth technology works through different profiles and these are the ones the earpiece requires in order to at least allow a connection: Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Wideband Hands-free (HFP) Profile 1.6 and Headset (HSP) Profile 1.2. If your TV has some of these profiles, the earpiece may pair, yet we are unable to guarantee you will have optimal performance in terms of audio quality, range and connectivity.     • Answer Hi! If you're trying to pair a Voyager Legend to a cell phone via Bluetooth, just make sure you enable Bluetooth on your phone and that the earpiece is in pairing mode. To do so: power on the earpiece, then press and hold the call button (black button on the back of the microphone boom) for 6 or 8 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly. This means the earpiece is in pairing mode and you should see it listed as an available device under Bluetooth settings.   • QuestionCan you use this with a blue tooth speaker without a phone for amplification?

    • Answer I called manufacturer at 8883630726X2. I was told this product does NOT pair with two devices at once, and the bluetooth speaker I have is not compatible. This item is meant to connect to phone, not amplify voice. This company does NOT have a voice amplifier at this time. A BB rep suggested a Karaoke mic, which seems to fit my needs but I must hold the mic while I teach masked this year, which would be annoying. For the money, I may choose that. The other option is a Sony camera mic for $229. Whew, no.

  • QuestionHow does this work if you’re wearing glasses and a ballcap? Does it interfere? This looks a bit big but I don’t want those flimsy little “wire” ones either.

    • Answer I wear glasses and it doesn’t interfere with them at all. I’ve tried others but I always come back to this one. It has different sized ear pieces so you can pick the one that actually goes into your ear comfortably. I forget it’s there really. I love mine and have been using this style for the past 5 years or more.
