    • Answer I use it for my office calls. I took calls for about 8 hours in a day. It is not steady talk time for 8 hours but probably around 50 incoming calls during the 8 hours.

The earpiece works as an external speaker, so it would be the same if we test your phone while it is paired to two separate Bluetooth speakers and is capable of playing the same audio at the same time.     • Answer Hello! Yes, the Voyager Legend does have a portable charging case that charges the earpiece on the go. It provides up to 14 hours of additional talk time (2 charges since the earpiece has up to 7 hours of talk time). You should be able to find it with the following part number: 89036-01.     • Answer I use it for Skype and Teams voice calls on PC so it should work with softphones as well. Not sure if the call control buttons (answer/drop/mute) will work as expected. For messangers it doesn't work same way as for mobile calls so I have to use application controls instead.

Bluetooth technology works through different profiles and the ones the earpiece requires to work properly are the: Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Wideband Hands-free (HFP) Profile 1.6 and Headset (HSP) Profile 1.2. We've checked the specs from your phone and it is missing the HSP, hence we can't really tell if it will work correctly. We hope you will find this information useful.   • QuestionIf I take the earbud out, will the Bluetooth signal stop? I am looking to not have the signal be dropped if I take it out of my ear for a minute and then put it back on.

    • Answer Hi! The Voyager Legend features smart sensors. These detect the pressure of your ear when wearing it. If you take it off it will send the call back to the phone or will pause music. If you would like to disable the sensors, you can do so by installing Hub Software on your PC/Laptop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. Then connect the earpiece powered-off via USB cable then go to settings and access the sensors section to disable the master sensor.     • Answer Hello! Yes, the Voyager Legend is compatible with a USB BT300. In order to pair it you only need to set the earpiece in pairing mode. To do so, power on the earpiece, then press and hold the call button for 6 or 9 seconds, until the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly, then plug the BT300 directly into the USB port and wait until the light on the adapter turns solid blue.
