Yes!!! If you buy the car holder attachment, which I have and love; it will stay stable. They sell an attachment for the car, you can put anywhere you want to, and the Popsocket slides right in there. This feature is my favorite feature about the Popsockets. I would definitely check it out!

For use in the car, it would be used by popping it out and propping your phone up against one of the car surfaces, but it is not mounted to anything in the car so it would likely slide around when driving.
