Some silicones yes, however, I would avoid silicone cases with Popsockets. They usually do not work well together. I speak from personal experience.

I do not believe it will adhere to a I-Phone case. There are very few cases that will fit this phone since its so big. One thing I know for sure is there are a few selections through otter box that will fit this phone but the price is a bit high.

Yes it can adhere to just about any type of cell phone case. It isn't a suction type of attachment, more of a sticky adhesive.

Yes, I have mine on the back of an Otter box case. And it sticks on fine.
