A:AnswerThis works perfectly with Sony PS4 controllers. I do not own any off brand or after-market controllers, so could not state fully that there is not an issue with your controller. I have had no issues with my controller and they seat perfectly within the cradle. When placing the controller in the cradle, make sure you align it correctly and press lightly until you hear it click in place. Your controller should then light orange to let you know it is charging.
A:AnswerRecently had this question and learned it is a the same cable the plugs into a Nintendo 3DS.

A:Answeryou could try to charge a Scuf controller, but since I have never tried, I can't be sure it will work. The charging station was made to charge the original controllers, as far as I have researched, or know. Hope this helps
