QuestionI just received power xl pro yesterday. Ii put empty rotisserie rod in unit. Did not rotate empty. Should there be something on the rod to rotate? I don't want to put anything in unit in case I need to send back.

QuestionJust about all the air fryers I have seen use rubber-ish stoppers to hold the frying tray tightly in place, but the photos provided don't seem to indicate this.for the unit. Are they part of the design, or not?

- Answer The PowerXL 10qt air fryer does not use the silicone feet to hold the drip tray. This unit had a drip tray that slides in similar to an oven rack.
