Hello Kisst, This is a sign that the unit did not dispenser enough water within the programmed amount of time. You should unplug the unit, remove the brewer drawer and carefully check the upper needle in the unit for clogging. This typically happens when used pods are left in the unit. You should then wipe the needle and use a thin prod (such as a tooth pick or paper clip) to carefully dislodge the clog. Put the tray back, plug in the unit, then attempt to rerun a 10oz cycle (without a pod) when the unit is ready. They will likely see the debris come out with the water. If you have any other questions or concerns, you can reach customer service at 844-237-7466. Thank you - Cassandra P.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had same problem 02/25, found this response about the vacuum and after we had done all the other troubleshooting we still had the problem. We decided to try the vacuum approach and used the syringe that came with our counter ice maker (will post picture below) and it worked perfectly fine after. Thanks for coming back and posting about the success after the vacuum
