Q: QuestionI have a Primo top loading machine. I buy my water at a large warehouse store-it's cheaper. Almost always, the bottle tends to collapse on the machine. Now, I've noticed water leaking around the top of the machine.

The leaking sounds like the unit is overflowing. On most bottom loaders, there is a hole that allows excess water to escape from the cold water reservoir if the pump is sending too much water.
