A:AnswerThis was my struggle. It made no sense. So the answer is; were not suppose to leave cap onto jug. I done it a few times & keep thinking this cant be correct so I done research & use a piece of plastic cut to size to fit where cap went, wrap an elastic around mouth to keep it tightly in place then put on water machine. Mines a top load prime as well.
A:Answer1. Unplug the dispenser and move it away from the wall.
2. Remove bottle and receptacle.
3. Drain all remaining water from the cold reservoir then empty the hot reservoir by opening the drain plug.
4. Open the drain plug in the back to empty the hot reservoir as pictured below. Be careful as the water may be very hot. Some models may require a screwdriver in order to remove the cap.
5. Replace the plug and cap.
6. Pour the bleach and water into the reservoir and wait ten minutes.
7. Dispense the solution from the hot tap, then dispense from the cold tap.
8. Open the drain plug in the back to empty the hot reservoir as pictured below.
9. Replace the plug and cap.
10. Repeat steps 6-9 using only hot water (no bleach).
11. Replace bottle receptacle and bottle of water.
