QuestionMy printer works fine as far as printing but sometimes it makes a loud noise, almost grinding sound while it is printing. The printing comes through fine but it can't be good to make a noise like that. can i bring it in for free check as others have?

QuestionI have a canon pixma printer in which I changed ink cartridges . However the print out is skipping lines and very weak. Not good copy. Cleaned off white roll inside Other than the output the printer is working well.

- Answer Hi there. Thank you for your question. There are several printer cleaning tools in the settings on the printer itself. There are steps like "Clean the Printhead", "Align the Printhead", "Clean the Nozzles", etc. I'd recommend trying these first. If these don't work, maybe buy a new black cartridge because yours may be dried up. If you're still running into issues or have other questions, please let us know!

QuestionWe had a power outage. My printer is not getting power to it. I have changed the place where it was plugged in, it still is not getting power. There is no light on in the front, but there is a small green light on in the back. It is an HP Envy 7640.

- Answer Hi Shirley. Thanks for reaching out about this. The printer should be okay if it was plugged into a surge protector. If it was just plugged into the wall, go ahead and unplug the printer from power, hold down the power button on the printer itself for about 30 seconds, plug it back into the wall and press the power button again. This should help it reboot. If nothing comes online, the printer might have been fried unfortunately. Please let us know if you need further troubleshooting or have questions!
