Q: QuestionI misplaced my instructions for my 8-cup rice cooker. Now I would like to make rice for our dinner and cannot remember the amount. I would greatly appreciate knowing the ratio for making the rice. Thanks

• A:Answer Just go 2 to 1 ratio. Just cooked 1/2 cup of rice to 1 cup of water and it cooked it perfectly. Flip the switch down to cook and walk away. It will switch to warm when it is done. Do no remove lid until it switches back from cook to warm. Easy

Q: Question"Dimensions" given under "Specifications" are VERY UNREALISTIC. Are you selling a toy rice cooker or a real kitchen appliance? Why is height only about 3 inches? Look at the other specs also.
