• The rower itself does not need a plug but if you want to use any of the functions such as increasing resistance, timing or the FIT program you NEED a plug.

The ProForm - 750R Rower utilizes magnetic resistance to adjust tension in the pull line not air resistance, so electricity is required. In addition, built-in workout statistics are measured, tracked, and shown on a backlit display which also requires power.
