QuestionHow do I find the version number for my bike? in order to complete registration you need this but its not listed anywhere. Only the model number and the serial number.

QuestionAre you able to use the iFit through your TV or do I have to have an iPad? How would I do that? Thanks

- Answer I have used the IFit app on my iPhone and cast it to my Samsung TV with no issues. I understand that some TVs are able to stream IFit without a phone or table but I don’t believe that you’ll be able to have the IFit app control the resistance automatically from the TV app. If you use a phone or tablet, a Bluetooth connection to the bike can control the resistance plus you can adjust it manually.

QuestionI read that it comes with one year of iFit but I just purchased and got my bike today February 13th and after we unpacked it and assembled it the only thing we got was a 30 day trial card, is there something I have to do to get the one year of iFit ?

- Answer I just got off the phone with iFit and they were able to set me up with a 1-year trial iFit Family membership, which is authorized for these Carbon CX bikes from Best Buy. No special treatment involved. The customer service phone is (866) 608-1798 or it looks like you can text HELP to 97836. It's annoying there's no card in the box with a code, but at least it works!

QuestionI typically have issues with seat height adjustments since I'm 4' 11" - will the bike fit me?

- Answer DL Thank you for your question and interest in our bike. We have taken some measurements to help you decide if this bike will be a good fit for you. At the highest adjusted setting for the seat, it measures 35 inches from the seat to the pedal (at its lowest rotation). There are 6 (1-in) adjustments for the seat height, which would place the inseam/leg reach at approximately 28-35 inches, depending on seat height. - Answer Xtinahatzi Great question! When this bike is paired with iFIT, you can experience automatic resistance changes throughout your workout both in studio workouts as well as on scenic rides. QuestionLoud knocking noise when pedaling after owning the bike 1 year. It seems like it could be the left pedal arm and feels like it shifts around slightly. It is very loud and not pleasant to use with this issue. I see a lot of complaints, any ideas to fix?

- Answer For me it was a month, but all the work outs I wanted to do were part of the membership so I eneded up getting it for 14.99 a month. If you use it daily it's totally worth it.
