Instructions for adjusting the pedals are found on page 18 in your user manual.
To change the motion of the pedals, you can change the incline of the ramp. To raise the ramp, press the latch button and pull the ramp handle upward to the desired incline level. To lower the ramp, press the latch button and pull the ramp handle and lower the ramp to the desired incline level. Then release the latch button and engage the latch pin into one of the adjustment holes in the frame. Make sure the latch pin is firmly engaged in one of the holes in the frame.

The time is displayed in one of two ways: When manual mode or a calorie workout is selected, the elapsed time is shown. When an onboard workout is selected, the time remaining in the workout is shown.
When the console is paused, the time will flash on the display. To continue your workout, simply resume pedaling. Email us for more information at [email protected].

A:AnswerYes I ran across the same issue. The magnet needs to be adjusted near the wheel. I found a video on YouTube that explained how to do it. Once adjusted it becomes much easier and the settings are more realistic.

A:AnswerYes, but like with any epplical you have to keep grip on the inner handles where the silver bars. It looks exactly like the ones that are at Plant Fitness.
A:AnswerOn the Pro-Form Carbon EL, the screen is not large enough to mirror your phone or tablet. It can only be used to change or view resistance, time, calories, pace, and mph, etc. See the photo attached.

Please ensure that all wires are connected, undamaged, and fully seated in its connector (especially white JST connectors).
Always turn off and unplug your machine before handing wires or removing protective covers. Check the assembly section of your user’s manual and find any wire connections that have been assembled. Exploded drawings may also show these connections.
Unfasten these connectors, then push each individual wire into its connector to make sure they are fully seated. Inspect the pins on the connectors for any damage or bends. Reconnect the wire harnesses, and make sure the connectors are oriented properly and fully pushed together (you may feel a small click when pushing these together).
If the issue persists after taking these steps, a replacement part or wire may be needed. A technician can test the wires with a multimeter with thin needle-tip probes if necessary.
