A:Answer Don't even bother unless Best Buy turned back into the great company I once believed it was! Otherwise you are risking that you will be stuck with a giant machine if it ends up not working for you! I have bought the item in April and it ended up triggering severe vertigo issues. I called them in May within a return window and was notified that due to Covid-19 they are not picking up returns, but they are extending return deadlines and they will contact me back. Few months went by and nobody called. I contacted them again and they said that they are sorry and there must been a mistake but they are not able to take the machine (used entire 4 times) back as promised, not even for a a prorated price as I offered. Of course, after being transferred to a supervisor, they could not find a record of me calling in May, even though the first representative I spoke with could see it in the system :( Now, I have a huge piece of equipment I cannot use due to a medical issue standing in the living room, I am out of $ 1400, and don't even have a place to put a recumbent bike so I can keep at least some kind of exercise as my pain level is getting really bad. I would've never expected this kind of behaviour from Best Buy but I guess I live and learn. After this experience I wouldn't believe anything when it comes to their returns policy and promises.
