- Answer You can operate in manual mode. But it comes with 1 year of ifit and it is amazing. The ifit really makes this machine. I use it twice a day now.

QuestionCan I get home delivery, set up and my old treadmill taken away?

- Answer Yes you can! I ordered my treadmill in May, but due to the pandemic it wasn't delivered until August. At the time of purchase, I paid an additional $250 for delivery and set up, and haul away of my old treadmill. Best Buy sent an excellent team who did the delivery, set up and haul away.

Questionmanual indicates clip and key in console in case of emergency. Manual cover shows this feature but our treadmill doesn't have either. Don't see a place where could be inserted. We expected to have this feature. please advise

- Answer Hi Becky, if you look at the console you will see the start and stop buttons. Between this is a spot for the red magnetic key that is your emergency off button. You should have received one in your package. You attach it to your clothing and in case you have an emergency it will get pulled off and the treadmill will stop immediately. If you need assistance call 800-445-2480 for customer service.

QuestionHi! I am wondering about the wattage on this machine. I am unsure how much an average treadmill uses but I want to make sure it does not mess up my electrical ports or anything. Thanks!

- Answer This is from a similiar model and may provide clarity. The maximum wattage pulling from the wall depends on maximum speed and user weight. The WLTL31312 has a maximum current rating of 12 amps (maximum speed (10 mph) with a 250 lb user) . If the treadmill drive system needs all 120 Volts coming from the wall outlet (to get to 10 mph) then the maximum wattage coming through the wall outlet would be 1,440 Watts.

- Answer No, it uses an average weight of 185 pounds to calculate calories burned. However, if a user uses the new iFit app, weight is automatically passed into iFit enabled consoles from the user info on the web. Setting the console to accurate calories every time the app is used. (No entry before working out needed).
