QuestionWill ProForm Pro 2000 work for a low-ceiling space? What is the deck (step up) height? Our basement ceiling height is only 7-feet and the tallest person who will be using the treadmill is 5’10”.

- Answer Hi Ron. I have watched the 2018 model review, and also the 2019 model review. The 2018 had a basic LCD screen, while the 2019 model looks to have the updated video screen with the follow along workouts. In short, it appears to be a 2019. I am heading to Best Buy in the morning to pick one up. Hope this helps. Cheers!

QuestionHas anyone had difficulty getting this into the house? I don’t have stairs, just one step up from the garage. Geek Squad guy is new to installation and isn’t sure he can fit it through the door.

- Answer No problem getting thru the door it is as long as the track. Geek squad opened the box outside and brought it in in parts because of weight and their preference.

QuestionIF the Ifit is included with the price of the treadmill for one year why do you need to set it up and have the $39.99 a month charged on your card? Is it included or not? confused!

- Answer You do not need to sign up for $39.99 a month. There is a card with a code on it inside the packaging you use to start your membership. If you are prompted to enter your card it is so that in a year it will automatically auto renew.

- Answer Hi, I think you are referring to the tablet holder that is shown in one of the pictures. The treadmill includes a tablet holder, but is considered an accessory item, and is optional to install or not. You will need to provide your own tablet for this accessory item.
