Browse through these and select one to play and it will run your treadmill automatically.

The purchase of our ProForm Pro 9000 Treadmill does not include a wearable heart rate monitor. With that being said, the console on this unit is compatible with all Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitors. When your workout begins, the console will search for the wearable heart rate monitor and should connect automatically.

A:AnswerMine did the same the first time. I reached out to I fit support and they gave me these instructions which worked for me:
To enabled Privilege Mode (Tap 10X, wait 5 sec, tap 10X)
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Android menu, select the "gear" Icon in this dropdown.
Use the back button and enter into "Security" and make sure that Unknown Sources is checked
Select the circle icon at the bottom of the page and go into the Drawer icon
Open up the browser
Download the latest iFit Admin App at http://ifit.io/admin-app
Download the latest iFit App at http://ifit.io/standalone
Once both apps are downloaded, go to the dashboard by clicking the circle button at the bottom of the page, open the app drawer, and open up the Downloads app
If the files say "queued", make sure you only have one remembered network in your WiFi settings, turn WiFi off and then back on
From downloads install the Admin App, and then the Console App by tapping on the file
If you get the question, Do you want to make changes to new or all? - Select ALL.
Once both apps are installed. Click the circle, Circle with 6 dots and select the app iFIT Cardio
The console will reboot
When you are back in the dashboard, or the "Hello" screen, tap on the profile icon in the bottom right corner and select "settings" this will take you to the iFit Application settings.
Next go to "maintenance", the bottom half of the screen should be empty grey space. In that empty space, you need to tap a code into the screen.
Tap 10 times (somewhat quickly) then wait a FULL 5-7 seconds, then tap 10 times again in the same spot, if successful you will briefly see a message: "Setting privilege mode: False".
All set! Your machine is now up to date!

Thank you for your interest in our ProForm treadmills! For both the ProFrom Pro 5000 and 9000, the tablet holders are sold separately. The screen size on the 5000 treadmill is 14 inches and the screen size on the 9000 is 22 inches. The titles Smart Pro and Pro are going to essentially be the same product, the titles can vary from product to product.

To connect a wearable heart rate monitor to the console, first put it on as directed in its included instructions. Then, when you begin a workout or start the walking belt in manual mode, the console will search for the wearable heart rate monitor for 30 seconds and connect automatically.

The version number for your machine can be found on the front cover of your users manual. The version number is the number following the period after the model number. For example, it may say the model number is “PFTL15820.2”. 2 would be the version number.

You could change your plan to the individual plan (single login) which is $15/month or $180/year. To change your account from family to individual, you would log in, select Settings, and Membership Plan, then Adjust Membership Plan.

Ensure that all the wires have not become detached. Once the machine is unplugged and before sending any parts, instruct the customer to remove the motor hood. Ensure that all wires are attached as per the wiring diagram underneath the motor hood. Pay specific attention to the connections on the on/off switch and the circuit board(s)
