We appreciate your interest in our Pro C22 Bike. The speed of this bike is based solely on how fast the user is pedaling. This particular unit does not feature incline adjustments but the resistance can be adjusted by the user using the console on the bike. When using the iFIT software, your iFIT trainer in each workout can control the resistance of your unit to meet the terrain of your workout. This can be adjusted by the user at any time.

At this time, this unit cannot connect to your personal device to Bluetooth stream music through the console speakers. With that being said, there is a jack on the right side of the console that you can use to connect your phone using an audio cable (cable not included). By using an audio cable, you can play Pandora music from your phone using the bike’s speakers.

You can play your own audio through the speaker on the console, but the screen is only compatible to stream from the iFIT app. Other apps are not meant to be streamed on our machines because they can interfere with the interactive workouts.

The bike has multiple adjustments.
You can adjust the saddle's angle, slide the saddle forward or backward and adjust the handlebar height up and down. In addition, there are two positions available for the console. While assembling the bike, you can attach the Console Mount in either the standard or extended positions.

During any iFIT workout, you can control the volume of your music, trainer, or total volume. So the option to mute your trainer is available.
You may also want to use the draw-your-own-map workout feature. At the main menu at startup, touch the Create button at the bottom of the screen. Navigate to the area on the map where you want to draw your workout and touch the start point and end point. (Further instructions are found on page 24 of your user manual.)
These mapped workouts will function in the same way as any featured workout by following your progress, and measuring your heart rate (through your monitor purchased separately).
