- Answer Linda Great question! The seat on this bike can be used with gel seat covers to make the saddle more comfortable if needed. QuestionMy sister is vertically challenged. She is 4'7" and has short legs. She currently uses a Trainer w a 24" bike attached. Does the seat adjustment go low enough for shorter people to be able to use?? I dont have a local store to see the machine in person.

Questionso having problems with my console not powering we tried to do the reset button with the paper clip and that didn't work to turn it back on. Check the power to all plugs and they all had power to them. But console still will not turn on.

- Answer Bobby Great question! The user weight capacity on our SMART Power 10.0 bike is 250 pounds. This is the highest weight that the unit was tested to. While a unit may be able to withstand a higher weight, if damage should occur on your treadmill your warranty may be void because the usage did not align with recommendations. QuestionCan I connect my blue tooth earbuds to this bike?

QuestionI have a severe allergy to natural rubber latex. Does the drive belt (part #46), or the grippy surface material on the handlebars contain natural rubber latex or is it 100% synthetic? If synthetic, what material is the belt and handle grips made of?

QuestionI just got the ProForm power 10 from Best buy looks great and everything. But I can't seem to get any resistance with the magnet it's very hard to pedal on one as it is on 22. Please help me with this is extremely frustrating any tips tricks anything ?

- Answer Kyleb Thanks for reaching out. If resistance is not changing correctly, you may want to check your resistance cable to ensure it is routed correctly on the motor pulley. - Answer I think you’re talking about the rod for the screen? That is tricky. You would use both of the larger hex/Allen wrenches that came with the install. Tilt one wrench all the way up against the handlebar & turn the other to tighten - or turn both in opposite directions at the same time.

QuestionI just assembled the bike and I am trying to move the consol to the left or right. Does it not have this feature? When I purchased the bike the video clearly shows this function.

- Answer Hi, you can connect Bluetooth headphones. When you start a workout it gives you the option to connect a Bluetooth audio device. I've done this successfully.

QuestionDoes it connect to iPhone or Apple Watch?

- Answer When it first booted and installed firmware updates it said the dreaded word for every Apple user - Android- so I’m thinking it isn’t going to ever connect to my iPhone or watch. I’ve tried & it hasn’t worked so far. I use the workout app in stationary cycle on my watch; the time, calories, distance match up to what the iFit on the bike says & that app syncs to your activity.

QuestionWhen is ICON planning to fix the auto resistance issue with these bikes— the resistance goes down when going up steeper hills despite bike been advertised as working correctly with hills. Lotsa complaints on FB about this issue.
