In the manual mode, you can change the speed and incline of the treadmill as you wish with a touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display continuous exercise feedback. The display on this unit can show the following: Approximate Calories Burned, Calories per Hour, Distance, Incline, Pace, Speed, Time, Vertical Distance, and Pulse when used with a compatible heart rate monitor. Q: QuestionHow much installation/set up is needed? I was going to get installation, however, it is not available in my area, just delivery. The last Proform Walker I bought a long time ago seemed to be pretty much assembled, just folded the walking area down.

• A:Answer In my many years of assembling things, this has been the worst, by far. Heavy pieces, many screws are hard to get in, etc. And in my case, they gave me a faulty part and the replacement part they're sending won't be back in stock until godknowswhen.

Q: QuestionCan this model be plugged into home 15A rated outlets? I am about to put an order for this model. But, I recognize the motor 2.6HP is about 1900W which is above 1400W recommended limit for normal US house 15A outlets.

• A:Answer Mike The outlet must be on a nominal 120-volt circuit capable of carrying 15 or more amps. To avoid overloading the circuit, do not plug other electrical devices, except for low-power devices such as cell phone chargers, into the surge suppressor or into an outlet on the same circuit. Plug the power cord into a surge suppressor (not included), and plug the surge suppressor into an appropriate outlet (see page 18). • A:Answer It does have a built in fan and it works well. We chose to bypass the programs because you have to put a credit card in to get the programs and then it will charge you a monthly membership.

Q: QuestionI can't find the ground wire on the console to attach to the one on the bar. Where is it?

• A:Answer We had the same issue. Fortunately, our unit was being assembled by Best Buy team. They found original ground wire pushed way back into the console. They had to Jerry-rig their own attachment in order to properly ground the unit. So glad I wasn’t the one trying to assemble it!

Q: QuestionThinking of getting this for my high school xc abd track to run on. Im hoping to do light jogging and walking. Is this a good enough treadmill? Stable? Programs on unit, not planning in paying for ifit. Can't seem to find any info on the web about this.

Q: QuestionI had a terrible experience with another treadmill who's name I won't mention; However, it is from another country. Where is this treadmill from and I also want to know if the belt or running board is something that I will have to adjust?

Q: QuestionJust got this, I’m having an issue where it powers off (trips the reset) when I start running at around 7.6mph Any ideas as to why, I did need to tighten the belt slightly as it slipped initially.
