• If you have hard tap water and you use an ultrasonic humidifier, there is always the chance of getting white dust from the minerals as the ultrasonic disc creates such a fine mist the minerals separate from the water and settle on furniture. If this is the case for you, we recommend using distilled water or purchasing a decalcification filter to help reduce or eliminate the white dust.

• We have been running ours aggressively (10-12 hours per day) for about 3 weeks and have not noticed any "white dust"
