I find my Frigidaire ice machine to be horribly frustrating. It spits out crushed ice when on the cube setting, as well, and it gets stuck a lot where ice cannot go through. I spend a lot of time wiping water and ice from my kitchen floor. I'll never buy Frigidaire products again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It just happens it's not a problem with the refrigerator. The way the mechanism works sometimes ice cubes get trapped in the gear that pushes the cubes out causing it to crush. Same thing happens on my refrigerator.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The spring mechanism in the ice tray/maker area has some solid ice stuck or too many going out at once. I had the same problem with mine. Just need to manually empty out the tray and clear any ice that is stuck. Should do the trick! Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It may be overfilled. Empty the Ice box and make nothing is caught in it . I had that problem ... Dumped all ice and made sure the flow area of the ice was open... Fixed the problem.
