“Can I use a Puresource Ultra filter instead of a Puresource 3 filter?”

• Yes you can! just don't try a puresource 3 in a fridge designed for a puresource ultra!

• The manual that came with my fridge states that you can replace a PureSource 3 with a PureSource Ultra but not the other way around. However, when I have tried to do so, the filter doesn’t fit properly and I get air in the water line (and when I take the new filter off there is some water that spills from the filter mount. I’m still waiting to hear from Frigidaire customer service to see if the manual is inaccurate or what.
