The Rachael Ray Cookware uses non toxic nonstick. it does not contain PFOA, PFSA, Cadmium, Lead, etc.

Our nonstick cookware is PFOA-free, and the nonstick coatings do contain PTFE - actually, all nonstick coatings from any maker contain PTFE. "PTFE" is basically the chemical name of the nonstick coating - it's the actual ingredient that makes the cookware "nonstick."
