“How many watts? Looking to charge a laptop”

• 5 x's 2.4 = 12 watts / 2 ports = 6 watts per outlet. Times probably about a 65% efficiency factor = about 3.9 watts per outlet if the manufacturer isn't telling any fibs. Retired EE. Yes chargers are rated in watts.

• Chargers aren't rated by "watts," the output is always rated by volts - in this case 5VDC - and amps - in this case 2.4 Amps total (between the two ports). Since there is a single AC receptacle on this unit, the power receptacle is rated at 110-240 Volts AC, 50-60 hz, 10 amps, input & output. You would have to look and see how much power your laptop needs.
