are these glasses good for hard of hearing people null

They can play the calls thru the glasses, but by the time the sound was loud enough for my mother to hear it without her hearing aids - I could hear the calls from about 5 feet away.

If you use one, you still need a hearing aid device. I do not, so I can't say for sure. I can tell you in loud spaces, it does become difficult to hear through the glasses.

Currently there is no hearing assist option therefore if you are interested primarily with taking calls or listening to music you may not get the full experience depending on your circumstance. However if you are more interested in the visual capabilities on offer you would still be able to take full advantage of those. Hopefully that has proved to be informative.
