Good Afternoon, According to Raycop, this unit has true HEPA filtration, with a Level 13 HEPA filter that comes pre-installed in the unit. Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Raycop GO UV+ advertises as using PUREAir HEPA filters that can pick up the smallest particulates, up to 99.97%. HEPA filters have to meet a very stringent set of requirements before they can be labeled a true HEPA filter. They must be able to remove a minimum of 99.97% of all particles 0.3 microns or larger with a high efficiency below the 0.3 threshold. So I'd say that they use a true HEPA filter or be liable to flase advertisement
