• A:Answer No, but it has the 7.1 surround sound software within it, so you can hook up speakers, headphones, and/or microphone, and receive the code to unlock the surround sound, also if you do plug up any or all different kinds of products from the list or examples I provided, the best and most beneficial result will be to purchase and/or obtain another Razer product and of course synapse 3 beta will have to be downloaded.

• A:Answer The cord is a decent length, probably 5-6 ft. (I can't get an exact measurement without moving my desk). The lighting and pass through work fine without Synapse. The lights will just do a slow cycle though a bunch of colors.

• A:Answer The stand is not a charger, you could plug a usb cable into the stand and then into the headphones. The stand is pretty much for desk organization, and has a couple extra usb ports (because it uses one to power/program the lights in the base). If you plug in headphones to the 3.5mm jack and download Razer's software it can also provide 7.1 audio to headphones.
