You can use it as is out of the box, but the Synapse 3 software that allows you to customize it is only available fro Windows. This is something that is conveniently not mentioned.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on what macbook pro model you have. If you have the 2016-current macbook pro models, you can't natively connect the mouse to the Macbook as the laptop uses USB C. You'll need the adaptor at that point.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i'm not sure why it wouldn't
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a basilisk v3, and the software I'm pretty sure stays the same. You will need to install razer mac os on your MacBook pro. Use this link: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos/releases and scroll down to the end of version0.4.9 and download the dmg file. You will have to go to system preferences, security and privacy, general, and click allow for razer macos. Then on the top right of your computer where your battery, wifi, and Bluetooth are on the left, you should see a triple box logo. Click on that and try to find your device. I would plug it in with an adapter and then click your mouse. Then you can change RGB settings and mouse settings in general. However, I have not figured out a way to get the customizable buttons. Hope this helps.
