Yes but in Razers own words, "Higher polling rates require more processing power which may result in reduced frame rates when playing CPU bound games." This translates to, yes but in 99% of applications, you will drop frames as you update the mouse 8000 times a seconds(every 0.125ms) and the computer tries to keep those updates sorted alongside its other tasks inside of 16ms or 8ms frame delivery time. All together, Windows itself has no issue with the high polling rate, but almost every application you run will have issues at the higher rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does allow you to change the polling rate up to 8k. I found that using a usb 3 port it would stay at 1k until i re-plugged it in. Using a usb 2 port it would work properly.
