It works great with steam link on Android. Used it myself and played horizon zero dawn and SOTTR by streaming from my PC.

No. It may be limited as not every game on Steam/PC is optimized for controller input, so you'll have to do a bit of remapping in Steam Link/GeForce NOW until you find a setup that works for you.
