QuestionIf I buy this for my PS4, will I have to buy an aux adapter to get the mic to work? If so, will it work to be plugged into my controller?

- Answer The Razer Kraken Kitty Edition headset is compatible with any device with a full-sized USB connector. With PlayStation 4, all you need to do is set your default input and output device in the PS4's settings and you should be good to go. QuestionDo these headsets work on Xbox one?

- Answer No they do not. I purchased a pair from the Razer site and found this out the hard way. Xbox does not support this USB headset and Razer did not make it to be compatible with a console. It's a PC only headset unfortunately. I asked if an adapter would work and they told me no. Xbox headsets use a 3.5mm aux plug in. Some USB headsets work on an Xbox, but not this one. While speaking to a support agent, he did mention that it was in the plan to expand the Kraken Kitty headphones to be multi platfrom.

- Answer Yes, the headset will work with PS4. Lights will still work as well however I don't think the lights are customizable via the playstation so the lights will just be the basic green.

- Answer I bought these for my girlfriend and she plugs them into the USB port on her switch dock and it works perfectly but I just tried the USB ports on my Xbox series X and no sound at all.

- Answer You can only customize the lighting of your Razer Kraken Kitty through Razer Synapse which is not supported on PS4.

- Answer Yes, you can still use the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition without the software however you will be unable to use the features available on the Razer Synapse.
