Do these headsets work on Xbox one? null

No they do not. I purchased a pair from the Razer site and found this out the hard way. Xbox does not support this USB headset and Razer did not make it to be compatible with a console. It's a PC only headset unfortunately. I asked if an adapter would work and they told me no. Xbox headsets use a 3.5mm aux plug in. Some USB headsets work on an Xbox, but not this one. While speaking to a support agent, he did mention that it was in the plan to expand the Kraken Kitty headphones to be multi platfrom.

I was wondering what specific type of cable to i need that can work on this headset and work on my xbox controller any know?

Wow yea an Adapter will work. The thing with xbox is you have to plug the mic into the controller or set it up via wireless connection. Were the people at best buy really incapable of giving you this answer

Yes, but you have to buy an adapter of some sort because this specific headset I believe has a USB connection. I think Xbox and Razer both have adapters.
