• A:Answer It's made for pc. Xbox on the other hand, from what I've heard it doesn't work very well so you should buy the ones made for Xbox one.

• A:Answer Yes, you can use these headphones with a tablet. These headphones have 2 jacks (sound and mic), and a splitter. If you are familiar with the headphones that come with the iPhone, you will note that the headphones only have 1 jack, but allow sound and mic capability. You can use the splitter, which is included with the Kraken Razer Pros, to combine the 2 jacks into 1 jack and have sound and mic capability. You can then use this 1 jack on your tablet and take advantage any apps where a mic is used (i.e. Skype).

• A:Answer The headphones are plugged into the Xbox One controller. The Xbox One controller outputs the sound to the headphones. There doesn't seem to be any loss of Fidelity by doing this. The sound on the TV will need to be muted or turned down. The TV will continue to output sound until turned down or mute. The microphone continues to work when it is plugged into the Xbox One controller. There is no mute on the microphone.

Q: QuestionWill USB Audio Adapter improve sound quality and mic on Toshiba LaptopPurchased this headset for my son. Works great with Xbox One but when he uses it on his laptop, the mic does not work and sound quality is not the best. Will a Syba USB Audio Adapter correct this or is there something else we can try?

• A:Answer Have you tried updating the sound drivers for the laptop? It could also be the sound card or integrated sound chip that could not be giving you the proper sound for the headset, my pro works perfectly fine on both my laptop and desktop.

• A:Answer This sounds like an issue with your AGPTEK HD Video Capture Card. "The USB" plugged, if it's USB from the capture card, then, that is where the issue is. These headphones are not USB.
