Does it work on Xbox series s null

These headphones should work with the Xbox, but you wouldn’t be able to change the colors or sound settings. The default color is rainbow.

It should since it is connected with a usb but the base won’t be that well since you won’t be able to adjust the volume. I tested it with my xbox one s and it sounded like a phones speaker

No. As the Razer Kraken Ultimate can only be connected via USB connector.
