It was released at the end of 2014. It's the only mouse I'll use for MMORPG gaming (games like WoW, Guild Wars). It's super comfortable and does everything you want a mouse to do.

It is one of the best gaming mice around, if you want the 12 side buttons and are willing to learn it. It takes some muscle memory to learn how to use, but your thumb will easily remember what button does what, and where it goes.

Please try again later.Not sure about the year it was released..... but this is the newer model of the Naga, with mechanical buttons and complete customization options through Razer Synapse. I first bought a Naga for WoW and it was perfect for it..... I haven't played WoW in years and I bought this mouse about 8 months ago to replace my old Naga. Very satisfied with it as a product.
