• A:Answer You have to download Razer Synapse. If you already downloaded Razer Surround before using any Razer product, you will have to uninstal Razer Surround and go to the Razer Synapse website and download it from there (I know this from personal expierence). Once you download Razer Synapse, open it up and go to the Mouse tab and click on the Customize button under it. Under where the picture of the mouse is, click "go to Side View." Then, click on the button you want to program something to and program it to a function, like a macro or a keyboard button. This is very helpful when playing MMO and MOBA games. I have also found the macros to work good with buying in CS:GO. I hope I answered your question.

Q: QuestionI have a smaller hand. My old razer naga mouse came with grip adjustment's (for the right side of the mouse). My hand is only about 6-7 inches long. Anyone with a similar size hand, is this mouse comfortable? and does it come with grip adjustments? thanks

• A:Answer if you mean connect it to your computer using Bluetooth then NO it connects thru the docking stand that comes with it in order to do this u will have to connect the usb cable to the docking stand and then turn the mice wireless mode on and you will be able to use it wireless!

• A:Answer Yes. I bought this mouse to replace an older Razer Naga that I adored and just plain wore out. After having this mouse about a month, it randomly started freezing up and becoming completely unresponsive for about 5 seconds at a time. Now it does it regularly, starting about 30 mins after I power up the computer, and getting more and more frequent until it freeze up about once every 5 minutes. This makes it useless for gaming, but now it is bad enough to be useless for work also. Have tried all the cleaning tricks, and then went online to find a lot of other people complaining about the same issue. If I wasn't past my 30 days already, I'd return it to BestBuy in a minute.

• A:Answer Yes you can change the colors. I have the symbol on blue and my side buttons as yellow. You will have to download razor synapse though. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
