- Answer Yes. I just bought one and it's having the same problem with it not sitting flat: It wobbles like one of the feet is the wrong height.

- Answer The dock does not come with the mouse, sadly. However you can charge the mouse with the included USB-A to USB-B port that makes the mouse wired.

- Answer My Trinity's hex plate fits this fine and the buttons do actuate, however it does not show as customizable in synapse. It seems to consider it the 6 button panel so it does not let you use the 7th key on it, but you can remap 1 through 6 to what you want and it will accept it.

- Answer Razer - Naga Pro Wireless Optical with Interchangeable Side Plates in 2, 6, 12 Button Configurations Gaming Mouse - Black This is the one I bought. Not sure if its the same model you were looking at but this one has a charging cable with an internal rechargable battery. BT compatability, a USB plug that fits inside of the mouse, the cord also works if you dont have bluetooth and the mouse is dead. Its got multiple button attachments for the sides (super easy to swap, its magnetic, literally takes 2 seconds to swap). Pretty happy with it, so much so I went out of my way to answer this. Hope this helps.

- Answer Using the Razer Chroma app you can set the color to anything you like. Mine pulses red to match my setup.

- Answer When it comes to a mouse pad, there are actually quite a few good ones out there. I definitely suggest to make sure it specifies "GAMING" within the description. Razer makes both lower cost, normal mouse pad for around $10 and a much nicer one that lights up and has a super smooth surface capability for around $40/$50. You can also get Logitech and SteelSeries ones in the lower price range. Currently in our house we have a gaming desk that the entire top of the desk is a mousepad surface and do not use an extra mouse pad. We have one desk that is using the Razer "Firefly" and then a third one that is using an extra large gaming mat 27x11. We all use the Razer Naga Pro mouse and we are all happy with our mouse pad/surface. Believe me, if it's a gift, as long as it says "GAMING" on the package, you can get away with the lesser price of any and your recipient will be very happy. The mouse itself is going to be the cake and the mousepad, just the icing on top.

- Answer It's best to get a Razer made cable, and DEFINITELY best to get one that was made for this device, Razer or 3rd party. There is a slit on each side of the connector that guides the cable into the charging port. Without those slits, it'd be hard to find a cable that fit without forcing it.

QuestionDoes the mouse have legit onboard storage? If I set macros for the pad on a computer with synapse will they carry over to another machine without synapse and still work. I've had 2 razer keyboards and a game pad and macros require synapse at all times

- Answer Razer Mouse Dock Chroma works. I added the link below....I think. I also already had a Razer Viper ultimate which came with this dock in the box. It works for both mice. Actually have both still on my desk. One for FPS and one for MMO. I connect the Naga Pro through the wifi dongle included with the mouse, and the Viper Ultimate connects wirelessly through the dock. This allows me to use either mouse at will, and I can charge one while I use the other one. As far as charging through cable or dock...I have never tried the cable, but I have gamed extensively with both mice since I bought them. Sometimes this means 10-14 hours at a time with no battery life problems. Get up, put the mouse on the dock and go about my business. Its charged and ready for 10-14 hours more when I get back to it. Highly recommend the mouse and dock. I was just fortunate enough to already have one when I bought this mouse.

- Answer Unfortunately it’s kind of small. The main issue for me at least is that I have to pull back my thumb quite a bit to reach all the side buttons, which becomes uncomfortable after a while. It’s still a good product for me anyway, though I would absolutely replace it with a larger version if given the chance

- Answer Yes you can click the mouse wheel like a third button as well. I use it to ping enemies or resources in the recent new MMO that I play from the Big online shopping company that everybody buys from. LOL!!!!!! It also allows side to side scrolling should you need that in documents or whatever. Edit: Just saw this post was from 7 months ago. Hopefully you found your answer, but if not...here ya go.

- Answer You absolutely can use it with your Series X. The Naga Pro has onboard storage for profiles. So, the best way to use it would be to have a PC with the Razer Synapse software installed, use the USB dongle to set up a Mouse Profile ( up to six profiles indicated by colors) and then move the USB dongle to the xbox and enjoy! The only thing I’ve had issues with is the RGB settings when used with XBOX. I hate RGB and cannot seem to get the settings saved properly when the Naga is not in use with a PC. Other than that it works great!
