I would double check your sound input/output settings to ensure that your devices are connect to and using the Razer headset. I know I had to change those settings on my laptop before it would work with Discord etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There should be a USB drive in the box, grab that and put it into the ps4 then turn in the headset charging it with the dongle won’t connect it until you plug in the USB receiver
