Are the switches hot-swappable? null

No, because of the way that Razer made the keys they are only swappable with the other keys on the keyboard but that's about it.

No. The keyboard uses membrane switches and can’t be swapped out for ones that you prefer.

From what I've read online, No. You are unable to swap keys out with different ones. You can replace them if needed for repairs or maintenance though.
