AFAIK, the Razer Ornata Black has only 1 color LED (green) where the Razer Ornata Chroma has full spectrum LED's.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Literally the only difference is the lighting. The regular ornata (which is the one I own) only lights up green. The chromata can be cuatomized to a bunch of different colors. Personally, I say you save the $60 and just deal with the food green, unless color customizing your keyboard is that important to you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The regular Razer Ornata doesn't have the color changing/rgb to it. It only has the standard green backlight. But everything else is exactly the same.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Chroma is Razors term for RGB lighting. So the regular Ornata has backlights under the keys but they are only one color. The Chroma version has RGB LED’s under the keys that can change colors and flash on/off in patterns that you can set in the software that you download from Razors website
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This has Green led only ornata has full spectrum of colors
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The chroma version includes RGB lighting that can be controlled via Razer software on your pc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Chroma has all the colors to choose from where as the standard Ornata is only green. Also, the software you use is different, you would use the newer software of Synapse, to customize your Chroma to make or download different effects.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nothing
