• A:Answer Yes the sim card slot is easily opened, just pop it in and you're good to go. But honestly I'd stay away from this phone. It's another piece of Razer junk. Their QC has been terrible for years. Cons: -Terrible camera quality -Terrible battery life at 90hz and 120hz -Basic functions like using built-in calculator app or the camera freezes the phone for 30 seconds - 60 seconds. -The "System" and "Other Apps" bloatware take up 26GB of the phone. So for the standard 64GB model, you're not left with much left. However, the expandable storage is accessible. Pros: Yes games look good on the Razer 2, but honestly, the Moto G7 or Samsung Galaxy A50 is comparable but smoother

Personally I don't like the feel of the glass back but it is pretty. I purchased a case to keep my phone in that adds texture to the back of the phone so it is more like the matte finish.

• A:Answer I'm not sure. I just know that so far this phone I'll rate an 8 out of 10. I really like the battery life on this phone. I can play on my phone for almost four hours straight before having to recharge. I really like how smooth the apps and games flow. The speakers are loud but don't ever put the volume all the way up because it makes the speakers sound like the will blow up. What I don't like is that small little particles get stuck inside the speakers and it is hard to clean. I also don't like how when I go on YouTube or even use Google maps on occasion it will minimize the screen on it own. My wife has also told me that when I am on the phone she has a hard time hearing me if I put it on speaker phone. I've also have had some problems with my notifications not sounding. I would have to reset the phone to get the problem to stop.
