Is it waterproof? null

There is no mention of water resistance anywhere in the box, manual, or razor website. There is an IPX4 marking on the bottom of scooter, but I'm not sure exactly what parts of the scooter it refers to. It may just be for the charging port.

It's embryo. I wouldn't risk putting it in water.
