The most likely answer is no. The dirt bike is designed for kids 12+ and shouldn’t be operated by someone who still can’t ride without training wheels.

Yes and I did. It's a bar that goes through the bottom with wheels at the end of the bar on each side. Rides great.

Yes! You can buy the training wheels on ebay or Amazon. Or there's DIY videos on YouTube to make them yourself.
