RGB Lighting on a keyboard means you can have more customization on the back lighting for the keys. When a keyboard is just listed as LED, then that usually means it is a single color only.

RGB or Red Green Blue LEDs are capable of displaying millions of colors and are usually customizable while LED keyboards are usually a solid color like Red for example.
