A:AnswerNo there is no line and it’s been 3 weeks now. Three guys came in and all stated that I have not paid for new water line, I showed them a paid receipts, first two guys came in were asking for 140$ cash to finish the job.
A:AnswerAre you needing a new line ran? Or just installed from an already existing line? The ones who deliver the fridge can install to an existing line without the charge of running a new line. I however needed a new line. They ran a new line for me however it is atrocious. They snaked the line through the cabinet around the dishwasher and then across the floor to the fridge then up the wall behind the fridge. When asked if they could “hide” the line I was told that it would be an additional charge. They didn’t offer me the service I wanted even though I was willing to pay more. See pictures. I will never use them for creating a new line. I had to call a plumber out to fix it.
A:AnswerWhen you’re buying the fridge they ask you at Best Buy if you want the parts that go along with the waterline hookup and it’s like a small 20 dollar part added onto your bill. They should have bundled it together
