It's not a lot, and you will be stuck with subscription fees when your trial runs out. This, coupled with needlessly difficult USB implementation, made me return it 2 hours after I bought it.

If you don’t have a subscription, documents that are left unused for 50 days will no longer be synced to your other devices. All your documents will still be stored on your reMarkable, but you’ll need to open them to keep them synced to the cloud. After the free trial, Connect cost $2.99/mo. Best, Stina
