A:Answer Just go somewhere else Best Buy if they mess your car up it takes forever to make it right. I actually am disputing charges on my credit card and am going to somewhere local. Out a 1,000 bucks and still doesn’t work right. Any hardwire installation they don’t really wanna do and it costs 99/hr 75/ half an hour. Just try calling the store, haha ! it’s impossible to talk to anyone specific store or manager over the phone. You get sent to call centers and other people not at the store cause one one answers the phone!
