Q: QuestionI would like to know how long installation of remote starter and car alarm on average will take?

• A:Answer I was told 6 hours. Which sounds about right. I had one installed by a different company years ago. It took them 5 hours. So it can vary. Best thing to do is have someone pick you up there so you won't have to sit around waiting.

• A:Answer The $231 was the cost of the installation only. When I read the ad I thought I was purchasing the remote starter and alarm and the installation was free but that wasnt the case. I was looking forward to having the remote start installed and very disappointed when I was told that I only purchase the installation and not the equipment.

Q: QuestionI have a 2010 Ford F350 diesel. Can the remote start be adjusted with a delay on starting to give the glow plug time to warm up? Usually about 3-5seconds. Is there any way yo give me a complete price with hardware and install? Thanks.

Q: QuestionDo I have to buy the remote start system from Best Buy in order to get it installed by you? The system I am talking about is a 4900S compustir which you carry but you don't have it in stock at the Asheville store.
